Method:
(50 + 2)² = 50² + 2×50×2 + 2²
= 2500 + 200 + 4 = 2704

Cube Shortcut Trick
Example: 12³
Method:
(10 + 2)³ = 1000 + 600 + 120 + 8 = 1728
